Fourthwalling: I'd kind of prefer you not. She probably wouldn't take it well.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Violence and language are okay, but she's 12 so smut is obviously off-limits.

Hugging this character: Sure!
Kissing this character: Sure, with some prior CR.
Flirting with this character: Sure! It just might not land. Her grasp of social skills isn't the best.
Fighting with this character: Maybe. She's not a fighter so it'd be all too easy to overwhelm her and that doesn't sound like engaging storytelling or playing for anyone involved. But talk it out with me and we'll see if we can make it make sense.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm generally fine with injury, but ask me first.
Killing this character: Ask me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It should work, just keep in mind that she has a lot of the symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia, so her mind shouldn't read as normal if you character has any idea what they're doing.
Important Addition: Lain could conceivably be hacked by a skilled enough hacker. Contact me and plot this out extensively first. I get the appeal of the idea, but you can't just randomly hack my character without OOC communication first.
